FADIMA MOONEIRA ART GALLERY MARCH 2023

Eiyo Fadneiras,

The Fadima Mooneira Art Gallery is back ^_^ How are you guys doing? I hope you guys are doing well and feeling excited to join me for this month's virtual tour ^_^

March is my birthday month. So March is a month for me to be happy. Insya-Allah ^_^ Before I begin the tour, I would like to inform you that this art gallery will be my last post before I go on holiday. Yep, I'm going to take a long break after this, guys. I'm going on a family vacation. I will be missing you. But Insya-Allah, I will be back at the end of March. So please wait for me.

So let's not waste our time now and begin the tour...

#1 EMIL & DAHLIA STEAMY ROMANCE

Boys & girls, please close your eyes for a while. Sorry, the first artwork is not suitable for you. Ladies & gentlemen, the first artwork is an illustration of Emil & Dahlia enjoying their steamy romantic moment. Emil & Dahlia are the two main characters in my first novel, Fail Merah. Fail Merah belongs to the new adult romance and josei genre. Fail Merah tells a story about a somber young diplomat, Emil Muhayat who wants to avenge his father's death. But on his journey, he meets a beautiful young woman named Dahlia Jamilah who makes him believe in love and kindness again. For those who are interested to grab Fail Merah while I'm on my holiday, you guys can purchase the novel via SM Books & Collectibles. Just click this link to go to the online retailer's Shopee page >> FAIL MERAH ON SM BOOKS & COLLECTIBLES

This illustration is hand-drawn and is my latest artwork. I just draw it last night using iPad Pro, iPencil, and the Adobe Fresco app. Ok, let's check out the second artwork of this month's gallery...

#2 MAYA JUHARA'S UNICORN LOOK

Boys & girls, you can open your eyes now ^_^ Everyone, the second artwork is an illustration of Maya Juhara, the protagonist in the story I'm currently writing. In last month's art gallery, I already introduced Maya to you guys. For those who missed last month's gallery, Maya Juhara is an entrepreneur and an aspiring writer. She owns a thrift boutique business and is looking for inspiration to write her first novel. As an imaginative person, Maya always dreams to become a novelist. She wants to write historical romance novels that are geared toward mature women just like her idol, Lisa Kleypas. Besides writing, Maya also loves traveling and taking pictures. And she's also a unicorn and mermaid addict person. In the story, Maya changes her hair color four times. But the unicorn hair color is the most iconic. I just finished writing the manuscript last January. But I haven't started editing it yet. Insya-Allah, I will start my editing work after I return from my vacation.

Like the first artwork, this one is also a hand-drawn illustration on iPad Pro. I also used iPencil and the Adobe Fresco app to create the magic. Since I have introduced Maya Juhara to you guys twice, now it's time for me to introduce her love interest. Now let's move to the third artwork. Maya's love interest is waiting for us there and he is hot! Woah!

#3 HAIKAL KIM

Anyeong haseyo, ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls... Haikal Kim Eun Seop is here! Stunning isn't he? Hehehe... Haikal Kim is Maya Juhara's love interest. He is a Korean Muslim. He owns and runs a library cafe business in Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea. Haikal is good-looking, well-dress, charming, suave, confident, intelligent, courageous, quick-witted, and charismatic. He is passionate about books and food. That's why he chooses to run a library cafe business. This character is modeled after Business Proposal's Ahn Hyo Seop ^_^

Like the first and second artwork, this illustration is also hand-drawn by me using iPad Pro, iPencil, and the Adobe Fresco app. Ok, this is all about the third artwork. Now let's proceed with the fourth...

#4 PURPLE FAIRY

Voila!!! Ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls, we are now looking at the fourth artwork of this month's gallery. The fourth artwork is a ballpoint shading illustration and it's a picture of a fairy. I used a purple ink ballpoint to create this magic. I haven't been practicing ballpoint shading illustration for quite a long time. I hope this artwork turns out well for you guys. But if it doesn't, I will improve better next time. Insya-Allah ^_^

#5 FADIMA MOONEIRA IN THE HOUSE

Ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls... we are now standing right in front of the fifth and the last artwork of this month's gallery. The last artwork is a hand-drawn markers-on-paper illustration of me. Hehehe ^_^ Yep, this is me, Fadima Mooneira. And this is how I like to dress. This illustration was drawn 3 years ago during the first lockdown. I used a black ink ballpoint to draw the image and the outline, a gold ink glitter pen for the skirt motif, and Sharpie markers for the coloring.

Ok, so these are the five artworks I've selected to share with you guys for this month's art gallery. The Fadima Mooneira monthly art gallery virtual tour will be back again next month with five brand-new artworks. Any updates on this virtual tour will be shared on this blog, my Artstagram, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook Page. So please follow these accounts closely so that you won't miss out on any updates.

Ok, this is all for now. Thank you for joining me on this month's tour. Insya-Allah, I will see you guys again after I return from my vacation. I hope March will be a good month for all of us. Take care ^_^

XoXo,

Fadima Mooneira ^_^
