I'm back from Eid Mubarak break. Did anyone miss me? Hehehe ^_^ How's your Eid Mubarak celebration, Muslim friends? I hope you guys had a fantastic celebration with family and loved ones. Syukur alhamdulillah, my Eid celebration was fabulous. It was also my birthday (31 March). I celebrated it with family and relatives. Thank you to those who wished me. You guys made my day ^_^

In this post,  I'm back as your tour guide again. Yeah! The Fadima Mooneira art gallery virtual tour is back with five brand new artworks. In the April-June 2025 gallery, I will introduce some new characters from my third WIP. So, what are you guys waiting for? Come... follow me...


#1 TANGY THE SEAHORSE 



Voila! Check out the first art of this month's gallery, ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls. This is one of my latest craft experiments. Her name is Tangy. And she is a color-block seahorse plushie I made for myself. Tangy is tangerine in color from the front view (that's why her name is Tangy ^_^), and aqua-blue in color from the back view.  

Like the Lla'Dima Llamas, this seahorse plushie is also handsewn by me using blanket stitch. FYI, Tangy is not for sale. Sorry, guys, she's mine. And I have not made other seahorses yet. Insya-Allah, when I make more seahorse plushies, I will sell them on my online store as well. Insya-Allah, seahorse plushies will be my next project.



#2 YASMEEN AIZURA



Does anyone still remember Yasmeen Aizura? She's one of the side characters in my second novel, Saranghaeyo Namsan. Yasmeen is Maya Juhara's (Saranghaeyo Namsan's FL) younger sister. FYI, Yasmeen will be joining her sister and cousin, Dahlia Jamilah (Fail Merah's FL), as one of the main characters in the Fadima Mooneira verse. Yep, she is going to have her own story and adventure. And I'm working on it now. Please pray that everything will go smoothly for me on this third WIP. Aamiin.

This illustration is hand-drawn by me using iPad Pro, iPencil, and the Adobe Fresco app. Okay, this is all for the second artwork. Now let's move to the third one...



#3 ARBAN BATSAIKHAN
 

Ladies & gentlemen, let me introduce you to Arban Batsaikhan! He is one of the characters I write for my third WIP. Arban is a British citizen of Mongolian origin. Arban works as a perfumer. He loves nature, especially flowers and animals. Plus, he's a Game of Thrones addict and named his pets after the characters in the series. 

Like the second artwork, this illustration is also hand-drawn by me using the Adobe Fresco app, iPencil, and iPad Pro. Now, let's check out the fourth artwork. I have another character to introduce to you...



#4 RICARDO ALONSO



Ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls.... check out Ricardo Alonso. He is another character in my third WIP. He is a footballer from Portugal. Besides being a talent in football, Ricardo is also handsome and super rich. He is living the dream. All girls dream of being his WAG, including Yasmeen Aizura. Hehehe :P

Like the second and third artwork, this illustration is also hand-drawn using iPad Pro, iPencil, and the Adobe Fresco app. Okies, this is all about the fourth artwork. Now let's check out the last artwork of this month's gallery...



#5 FADIMA MOONEIRA & ABOBO 2025


Everyone, we are now standing right in front of the last artwork of this month's gallery. Woah! Time really envies us. The last artwork is a self-portrait of me in a new hairstyle with my favorite cat plushie and muse, Abobo. One week before Eid, I chopped off the long locks I've been wearing for almost two years. The feeling of cutting my hair was awesome. Syukur alhamdulillah, I don't miss my long hair at all this time ^_^  Cutting my hair was part of my spiritual awakening. It's a sign of me shifting into something new and letting go of all the burdens I've been carrying. Hehehe ^_^

Like the three artworks before, I also hand-drew this self-portrait of mine using an iPad Pro, iPencil, and the Adobe Fresco app.

    Sounds good! I'm intrigued to see where your Portuguese footballer fits it in the story, being a huge football fan. Was the Portuguese influence from My CR7 perhaps? Love it :)

      Yep, Ricardo is modelled after CR7. The story is based on my life exprience while I was studying in Manchester.

    I hope you had a great holiday. Here in the US, Muslims just celebrated Ramadan. I am not Muslim, but I respect the discipline associated with the fasting during this celebration. As always, your artwork is unique and creative. Appreciate you sharing your creativity with us.
