FADIMA MOONEIRA ART GALLERY JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2024

Eiyo Fadneiras,

It's the second week of the new year already. How are you guys feeling? I hope you guys are happy and excited to check out today's entry. It's because the Fadima Mooneira Art Gallery virtual tour is back. Yay!!!

I know you guys miss the art gallery virtual tour. And I miss being your tour guide too. However, as mentioned in my previous post, the Fadima Mooneira Art Gallery virtual tour will be conducted once in two months this year instead of monthly. Due to my current busy schedule, I'm not able to draw many artworks like before. FYI, I'm now working on my second novel and helping my mom with her first zine. So please pray that everything will be at ease for me. Thank you in advance. Hehehe ^_^

Okay, let's not waste time and check out the first artwork of this month's gallery...

#1 FADIMA MOONEIRA'S HEROES ARE WITH PALESTINE

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, here is the first artwork of this month's art gallery. It's an illustration of the male leads (heroes) I created for my stories. From the left, we have Demian Wong of Danfo, Emil Muhayat of Fail Merah, and Wilson Cho of Pretty Pink Garden. They all are showing their support for Palestine. And as an ummah, I support Palestine as well. What's happening in Palestine now is not a good thing. Reading news about Palestine makes me sad and sometimes makes me cry. Btw, if you're not a supporter of Palestine, don't continue this tour. This won't be the only Palestine artwork in this gallery. There will be more. So please don't get yourself offended. Tq.

This illustration is hand-drawn by me using iPad Pro, iPencil, and the Adobe Fresco app. Okay, this is all for the first artwork. Now let's move to the second artwork of this month's art gallery...

#2 CHIBI FADIMA IS WITH PALESTINE

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we are now looking at the second artwork of this month's art gallery. The second artwork is a chibi illustration of me showing my support for Palestine. Yeah!

For those who aren't unfamiliar with the term chibi, it's a style of Japanese caricature. In the chibi style drawing, characters are drawn with oversized heads, small and stubby limbs, and minimal details. The chibi style is now popular in anime and manga drawing. Like the first artwork, the second one is also a hand-drawn illustration. I used the Adobe Fresco app, iPad Pro, and iPencil to draw it.

#3 PRETTY IN TULIPS

Voila!!! Check out the third artwork of this month's gallery, everyone. The third artwork is an illustration of a girl in a tulip-inspired dress. I choose purple as the theme color for this illustration. I believe purple is a very pretty and elegant color. It suits the mood of this illustration. This illustration is hand-drawn by me using a black-ink ballpoint and Prisma markers. Okay, this is all I want to share about the third artwork, now let's move to the fourth one...

#4 MAYA AND HAIKAL UNDER THE SAKURA TREE

Ladies and gentlemen, we are now standing right in front of the fourth artwork of this month's gallery. The fourth one is my latest artwork. And it's an illustration of the FL and ML from my upcoming WIP. FYI, my second WIP is 50% set in Seoul and 50% set in Kuala Lumpur. The FL, Maya Juhara is an aspiring author looking for inspiration to write her first novel. The ML, Haikal Kim is a library cafe owner and he is Maya's big boss at work. Huhuhu...

Insya-Allah, I hope I will be able to publish my second WIP this year. Please pray for me, guys. Hehehe ^_^ Like the first and second artwork, this illustration is also hand-drawn by me using iPad Pro, iPencil, and the Adobe Fresco app.

#5 MAYA THE BOOKWORM & UNICORN ADDICT

And last but not least, here is the fifth and final artwork of this month's art gallery. The fifth artwork is an illustration of the FL in my upcoming WIP, Maya Juhara. This illustration tells you a lot about Maya. Maya is a bookworm and she is a unicorn addict. Maya changes her hair color three times in the story. Hehehe ^_^ This artwork of Maya Juhara is another hand-drawn illustration. I used the Adobe Fresco app, iPencil, and iPad Pro to create the magic ^_^

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we have completed our tour. Thank you for joining me again in the first 2024 Fadima Mooneira Art Gallery virtual tour. I had fun being your tour guide ^_^

Insya-Allah, the Fadima Mooneira Art Gallery virtual tour will be back in March/April 2024. Any updates will be shared on this blog, my Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Artstagram. So don't miss out.

This is all for now. I'll see you guys again in my next post. Insya-Allah. Have a good week ^_^

XoXo,

Fadima Mooneira ^_^
